Fried chicken thighs

  • Chicken thighs: 12 pieces
  • Salt: a teaspoon
  • Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Paprika: a teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Turmeric: a teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Basil: a teaspoon
  • Flour: a cup and a half
  • Baking powder: a teaspoon
  • Yogurt: a cup
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Oil: as needed (for frying)

How to prepare:

1-Put the chicken for 6 hours in a mixture of milk, lemon juice and half the amount of       spices.

2-Mix the flour with the baking powder and the rest of the spices.

3-Drain the chicken pieces from the mixture of milk and lemon.

4-Put each piece of chicken in the flour to coat it in an appropriate thick layer.

5-Heat the oil in a deep frying pan on a high heat.

6-Put the chicken in the oil, then reduce the heat and leave it until it turns golden.
