Stuffed peppers

Stuffed colored peppers ... Mahashi recipes are one of the main dishes preferred by many. With my lady’s kitchen, try to serve Stuffed colored peppers, and serve it on the lunch table today.


  • Colored bell pepper: 6 grains (seeds removed)
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Minced meat: 250 grams
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Garlic: clove (finely chopped)
  • Onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)
  • Zucchini: 1 piece (chopped into very small cubes)
  • Tomatoes: 4 pcs (peeled and chopped into very small cubes)
  • Rice: a cup (boiled)
  • Cheddar cheese: a cup (grated)

How to prepare:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put the de-seeded colored peppers in the oven dish.
  3. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a wide skillet over medium heat, add the meat, salt and pepper, and stir for 10 minutes, until the meat becomes brown and its water dries out.
  4. Set the meat aside on a plate.
  5. Add the rest of the oil to the same pan, add the onions and stir for 5 minutes until softened, then add the garlic and stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the zucchini, adjust the salt and pepper, then add the fried meat and boiled rice, and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
  7. Add half the amount of cheese and stir.
  8. Stuff the peppercorns with the filling, then spread the rest of the cheese over the filling on top.
  9. Spread a little olive oil on the Stuffed peppers and put them in the oven for 30 minutes until soft and cooked.
