  • Sugar: 4 cups
  • Flour: 4 cups (sifted)

  • Baking soda: 4 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: a teaspoon

How to prepare:

1-In a medium-sized bowl, mix the butter and half the sugar with the electric mixer on low speed until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

2-Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, and prepare two baking trays with butter paper.

3-Add the vanilla, eggs and molasses to the butter mixture and continue to beat.
